Thank you for being a faithful user of the Dream Keys app. Our goal is to make sure that you are having a great experience with this tool. Here are some frequently asked questions about the app.
Is the Dream Keys app free?
Yes, the app is free to use and most features are available in the basic version including editing, saving and several free teaching videos and guides. Every user can save up to 21 dreams and 21 symbols without any payment. Once that number is reached a subscription is required. The subscription(Premium) unlocks other features such as drawing, photo taking, search, date sorting l that makes dream work much easier. The premium option also provides unlimited dreams storage options.
Do I need an account to use the app?
You don’t need an account to use the app. You have the option of what we call an “Anonymous account”. With this you can try out the app and then convert your account to a registered account. You’re advised to convert before closing the app, so that your dreams can be saved. If you don’t upgrade from “Anonymous account”, your dreams will not be saved and you have no way of restoring that account.
I purchased the subscription but I can’t access the book or the videos
The” Hearing God through your dreams” book comes with the Dreams Master class course which requires a separate one time purchase.
How do I edit my dreams or my dream symbols: The edit button is found by swiping. Here’s how you get to it:
- Find the dream you want to edit
- Swipe that dream(symbol) to the left.
- Two buttons show: The share(share icon) and the edit(pencil icon) button
- Click the edit(Pencil icon)
- The “Update” page opens and you can edit away.
How do I delete my dream or my dream symbol: The delete button is found by swiping. Here’s how you get to it:
- Find the dream(symbol) you want to delete
- Swipe that dream(symbol) to the right.
- The delete buttons show in red(Trash can icon)
- Click the delete button
- A warning appears, then you decide whether to proceed with delete or not.
Why am I seeing the paywall?
The app is free to use. You can save up to 21 dreams and 21 symbols and then you will need to subscribe to save more. The paywall appears in two instances: first when you reach the maximum free storage limit, and secondly when you try to access a premium feature. The premium version also unlocks lots of features that enhance your user experience.
Can I speak into the phone and translate that speech to text?
Every field that allows typing text also has a feature to let users speak into the phone and their words are translated into text. Find the microphone on your keyboard. If the microphone does not show, you may need to upload a different keyboard app that has a microphone(One example is: Google Keyboard). To turn voice to text press the microphone button. To stop, press it again.
I saved my dreams and now I can’t find them? Are they lost?
No, your dreams are saved in the cloud. Please log back in with your email and password to access your saved dreams and symbols.
I have too many dreams, how do I find them now?
The app includes a search function. On the dream page you have two options. You can search by keyword. To search by keyword, press the search(magnifying glass) button at the top right and enter the word or words. Secondly, you can sort your dreams based on a date range(Need start and end). To sort by date press the Date Filter text, then enter the date range.
Can I share the dream and is there a way to export the dream to a different software like Microsoft Word or Notes?
The Share feature is good for both purposes. You can simply share a dream with your connection via email, text or even social media platforms. If you want to export to another medium like Microsoft Word, when you are sharing, simply find that software and your dream will be downloaded there as a file.To share a dream or dream symbol use the swipe feature:
- Find the dream(symbol) you want to share
- Swipe that dream(symbol) to the left.
- The share button show is in blue(Share icon)
- Click the Share button
- Several sharing options appear, select your preferred method.
Why is the dream symbols dictionary empty?
This app is unique in the sense that we understand that symbols are personal to the dreamer. So we have the option for you to build your own symbols dictionary instead of depending on the symbols that may not even mean anything to you. God talks to you personally and so he uses symbols in your life that you know and can relate to, so you now can build your own dream symbol dictionary. To get to your dream dictionary go to the Home screen: Press “myDream Language” button, then press “myDictionary” button. Now you can add your own dream symbol and what it means to you.
I purchased the Dreams Master Class, where can I find it?
From the app’s home screen press the “Dream Decoding” button, then press the “Dreams Master Class”. The “Dreams Master Class” screen opens and you can now read the book or watch the videos.
Too many dreams. Can I organize my dreams into groups?: The grouping button is found by swiping. Here’s how you group your dreams:
- Click the group button on top of the main dreams page
- The group screen opens. Create a dream group folder by click the plus(+) sign button
- Go back to the main dream page
- Find the dream you want to add to the group you just created
- Swipe that dream to the right.
- The Add to group buttons show in green
- Click the add to group button
- The group screen opens. Tap on the group to add dream. And you dream has been added to a group.
