Instructions:

These instructions assume you have a working knowledge of Emotional Freedom Techniques. You must always take full responsibility for your own physical and emotional health while tapping.

This positive Scripture tapping script/protocol is NOT to substitute for you doing your usual negative EFT tapping work. In order for all of these positive statements to embed, you must have cleared out all the associated negative emotions. My nursing illustration is this:  If you have a nasty, infected sore on your hand, it does no good whatsoever to keep piling layer upon layer of antibiotic ointment on top of all the dead skin. Nothing penetrates to the infected skin below until the doctor debrides the dead tissue. EFT is similar. Don’t tap in positive until you have removed all the underlying negative emotions and garbage. You can’t clean your house, until you take out the trash!

So, once you have finished tapping all the negative emotions you can find around an event, go ahead & use my Scripture tapping. Personally, I find, on occasion, sometimes when I have tapped a particularly deep, heavy, emotionally impacted event that I feel a bit empty inside. I believe the emptiness comes from the removal of the emotions I have borne for years. Suddenly, they are gone. A hole appears. Occasionally, I find I want something to fill the hole; other times it feels good to just have it emptied out. Situations fluctuate and change with each EFT tapping experience. I just let God fill the void back up with His goodness.

Should you find any of these statements difficult to say, or they don’t feel true, then you may have just found more tapping fodder. I believe these statements should ring true for us as Christians. If they don’t for you, I would explore why that is, tapping out whatever negative emotions lie around the statement(s). Physiology teaches us that it takes about three weeks to secure new neural connections, so I suggest tapping these Scripture verses for a minimum of that amount of time. Tap them longer, if you so desire. Reinforcing them into your spiritual subconscious can’t do anything but help embed them permanently.

So, here goes, if you have finished the hard tapping work, have fun and dwell, as you say each statement, on how God impacts your life, and how so very awesome He is, as we dwell in His mercy, forgiveness, and grace.
